The number one ingredient needed for success is confidence!

Research and studies show that there is one major reason why we women miss out on the highest paid jobs, the best opportunities and the many other things we aspire to in life including great romantic partners.

It’s not a male dominated society, institutionalised sexism or the patriarchy – although those things have not helped. No.

It’s that we give up before we even try.


Yes. We are our own worst enemies. 

In all areas of life, confidence has been shown to enhance feelings of happiness and wellbeing.  Confidence sways people and makes people look more attractive in the eyes of others. It’s a major factor in successful dating and underpins all great relationships. Men may be initially attracted by a pretty face, but they stay because of a woman’s confidence in herself and her life. It makes him feel good to be around a woman who knows her own mind and gets her own stuff handled. Men deeply respect confidence. 

And when we lack confidence we often don’t believe that a great guy could be interested in us, or could actually love us and we self-sabotage our way out of happiness. 

At work it’s just as bad. Countless studies show that women will not apply for a job they don’t meet 100% of the criteria for, whereas men will apply if they meet about 60%. Men are willing to initiate salary discussions four times more often than women and women ask for 30% less. Women opt out of competing for the high status jobs with the belief that there’s no point in even trying.

 So why do we do that to ourselves? What is it about being a woman that makes us sabotage ourselves like this?

Discovering the answer to that question is the core part of our confidence training. You will find out how you are wired and what makes you tick. You’ll discover your ‘confidence traps’ and learn what to do about them. And most importantly you will learn how to grow and develop your confidence beyond what you currently think is possible and create the life that you really want.
