The Dating Game

Do you know how to win the Dating Game? You may not realise it, but dating follows rules like most others things in life and there’s a way to be successful and get what (and who!) you want.

But of course, it all starts with you.  You need to get ‘dating ready’ before you expend time and energy on getting out there in your glad rags.  This includes not repeating old destructive patterns, knowing what you want and having the confidence to go for it! It also includes avoiding the common mistakes that women often make and learning how to enjoy and grow from the process.

In this introductory workshop topics we explore include:

• Understanding your previous relationship patterns
• What men want and what women want
• Communication styles
• The keys to dating confidence
• Avoiding common pitfalls
• Knowing if he is ‘the one’
• Developing a ‘growth mindset’ around dating

Working with a group of like minded women, be prepared for fun and laughter as you set sail for the relationship of your dreams!
