Everything’s a struggle when you’re having to deal with anxiety, stress and your inner critical mind who’s an out-and-out bitch criticising everything! And that was before this crazy year we’ve all been living through.

We have also been subject to public health messages that have been designed to get our attention by upping anxiety. This has rewired our subconscious minds into constant survival mode, which will have consequences as we come out of lockdown.
There are still many challenges ahead so we’ve designed our Mental Fitness Live Training to connect you with powerful tools and practices that will help you develop lasting mental resilience. Nobody knows what the ‘new normal’ will look like, but we now do have an opportunity to start afresh.
