Learn how to stay mentally and emotionally fit with our proven tools and techniques developed from thirty years of therapeutic practice. Packed with practical information and guidance, each session will cover a key aspect of mental and emotional wellbeing.
Delivered by a qualified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist you will have the opportunity to learn meditation and journaling as part of developing a daily mental and emotional wellbeing routine. You will also get between sessions support in a Facebook group.

- Managing your thoughts and emotions
- Anxiety – what it is and how to deal with it
- Dealing with anger
- Dealing with heartbreak
- Being your best self at work
- Learning to say ‘no’ and stand up for your true worth
- Self-confidence
