Are you a therapist?

Yes, I’m a qualified psychotherapist with many years experience. However, I have developed a method for working with clients that I feel gets more rapid results than is usual in therapy. Whilst adhering to the high standards of therapeutic practice and using those skills and techiques when necessary, I find my method gets results for people who would not normally ‘need’ or want therapy.

Are you a coach?

Yes, I’m a qualified coach as well as a qualified psychotherapist. I combine both disciplines into a method that I know works for a wider range of people than just coaching is suitable for. With me you get the best of both worlds!

How do I know you will be able to help me?

I always do a free ‘taster’ session before we work together. In this session you can get to know me and I can assess whether I can help you. On very rare occasions I might refer you to someone else whom I think will be more able to help you. Please be assured I will always do what, in my professional judgement, is best for you. This is part of my code of ethics.

How much does it cost?

If you want to make a deep and lasting change in your life, it will take some effort and a number of sessions. It’s hard to tell at the outset how many sessions you will need. However, I also offer ‘packages’ with fixed fees. These will enable you to get some results without commiting to an open-ended amount of money. If you have money concerns please get in touch and we can discuss how I can help within your means.

Do I have to come to your consulting rooms?

No. I do all my consultations online using Facetime, Zoom, WhatsApp or Skype. I find this works very well as people are far more relaxed in their own homes and also it saves you having to travel!
