Most of us spend a lot of time thinking about our relationships with others. It’s human nature to want to be loved and to care about what other people think about us, so we make sure that we behave in ways that are appropriate. However, when it comes to our relationship with ourselves, do we show the same level of care and concern? There are no shortage of posts on social media extolling the virtue of ‘loving yourself’ and developing self-esteem and self-worth. But exactly HOW do you do that? You’ve spent all your life living with the ‘little voice in your head’ and it isn’t going to change just because you want it to.
In this one hour workshop we will explore how we relate to ourselves and work through strategies for developing care and concern for ourselves .
You will leave with new insights into how and why you talk to yourself the way you do and with new openings for transforming the way you relate to yourself
